About Me

Hello, my name is Janel Voth.  I am a self-confessed organizer and the owner of The Joy in the Chaos. I have lived in Overland Park, KS for 17 years.  I am married and have four wonderful kids (3 sons and a daughter).  I truly live in chaos every day and strive to find the joy in every moment!  My joy is truly found in helping others.  I would love to help you organize your world (in a room of your house, or in other parts of your life such as finances and schedules), or to give helpful tips in balancing all that it takes to run a busy home with kids.  With a little bit of planning ahead and organizing, life can run smoother.

I LOVE to help people reduce the stress caused by chaos in their lives!  I also love to share what I have learned over the years to help people save time and money in many aspects of life.

I have also helped friends organize their offices, I've helped as a wedding planner for friends, I've helped with recipes, I've helped with financial questions, and the list goes on.  I'm in no way an expert, but I am a busy working mom who has tons of experience!  I understand how hectic life can be.  By focusing on the blessings and the joy in our daily lives, we alter our perspective to a more positive one!
